Ms. HONG Seyha was born in 15th August 2000 at Phum Krang prey pdav, Krang ta yong commune, Peam chor District. She has finished diploma in 2018 and now she is a bachelor student of Royal university of Law and Economic major Public Administration.

She has joined many workshop about general knowledge and law since 2019 until now however she has volunteered with community on project of environment and also Traveled to province for preparing library for school since 2017 until now.
